The class where we make our own fun — literally!

In Cardboard Arcade we’ll push your skills to the limit by designing and building our own games. This hands-on class fosters a free-form creative spirit through mini-projects where we build fun arcade-style games. 

Building games allows for plenty of creative freedom while teaching construction and engineering basics.  Students learn safe tool use, measuring and mechanical skills that they can bring to their next projects.

Why cardboard?  We love teaching students how to create with cardboard because it is a readily available material (thank you Amazon!) that is both strong and easy to work with.  The construction techniques that we learn in cardboard allow students to continue building confidently at home, no matter what material they use!
